Lemon has always been one of my favorite dessert flavors (second only to chocolate!). Given the choice, I’ll almost always reach for a lemon cake or cookie over a chocolate one — but that’s our little secret! Lavender makes such a stylish and elegant pairing with lemon, evoking the feeling of a chic afternoon tea. I’ve been eagerly awaiting spring to bring out this flavor, and I have to say, it might just be one of my all-time favorites!

All purpose wheat flour, white sugar, baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), baking soda, crystallized lemon (lemon juice, lemon oil, citric acid), dried lavender flowers, salt.
